Chefs Club by Food & Wine is a modern dining experience within the St. Regis Aspen Resort. Food & Wine magazine awards their coveted Best New Chef awards every year to several of the most talented upcoming chefs and allows them to create a seasonal menu without any limits for a true culinary experience.
