Breast Augmentation - A Cup to C Cup With Saline Implants

Wearing a 34A, this patient wished to become a full C cup. She underwent breast augmentation surgery with saline implants to achieve this desired fullness. Dr. Butterfield placed 310 CCs in the left breast and 280 CCs in the right breast using an inframammary approach. This places the scar in the natural fold directly under the breast. The implants were placed subglandular to maintain a more natural result and avoid a breast lift.
