This patient in her late 60s desired to have blepharoplasty surgery to eliminate the puffy bags and wrinkles that resided under her eyes. In addition, she wanted to have the excess skin removed that hung from the upper eyelid. To accomplish this, she underwent upper and lower eyelid surgery.
